The first Millionaire Raffle winner to opt for publicity has said that he will now fulfil his lifelong dream of visiting New York. Ashley Beaumont, who is 63 years old and lives in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, was the sixteenth person to win the Millionaire Raffle game.
